1. 1/29/10- My new project is created from me surveilling a still life. The still life that Mr. Miller created automatically reminded me of a story that is in my head and I would like to illustrate it through a collection of individual pieces. It reminded me of a 3 day series of episodes from the show South Park. In the episodes, a portal is created to connect the humans to “Imagination land”, a land for all of humans imaginations. In the end of the show a war breaks out between humans and their own imaginations. When I look at the still life i automatically picture a battle scene between the humans and the fantasy characters.
Objective- My objective is to show this battle between the humans and their imaginations through a series of pictures that will, in the end, form together.
Materials- white paper, all pastels, and black ink.
Timeline- I hope to finish my collection of pieces in about a month and a half. I think it should take me as long as it takes the honors class to make their big story.

12/8- My new project will be a large scale painting of a collection of things I saw on my recent trip to the Baltimore Aquarium. The painting will include life in the ocean and some of my favorite animals like the octopus.
Objective: While I was at the Baltimore Aquarium I discovered how beautiful and colorful it is in the ocean and saw things that just blew my mind away. I hope to show the color and beauty of the ocean, from my point of veiw, through my next painting.
Materials: 1 stretched canvas, and Acrylic paint.
Timeline: I would like to finish this painting before the end of the marking period.
9/4- It will be a collection of four stretched canvas pieces illustrating lyrics from, and portraits of my four favorite musicians. The musicians will include Notorious B.I.G., Tupac, Bob Marley, and The Grateful Dead.
Objective:
My objective would be to take the strongest and most powerful lyrics from each artist and transform each one into an art piece. These four musicians are some of the best of their genre and I would like to make some of their lyrics more powerful and visual through my art.
Materials:
4 stretched canvases, Acrylic paint, pencil, and pen.
Timeline:
I hope to finish 1 every 2 weeks. The paintings will vary in size, but the largest will be 36 inches2.
